Support Channels

We offer several channels depending on the nature of your request. For immediate help with a calculator, try our in-app help text or check the Knowledge Center. For detailed policy questions, email is preferred because it allows us to include references and examples. We do not currently offer live chat or phone support, but we evaluate new channels based on user demand and resource availability.

If you reach out and do not receive a response, please check your spam folder. Our emails sometimes land there for new senders. You can also resend your message after one week with a brief note indicating it is a follow-up. During peak periods, such as tax season or after a major feature launch, response times may be slightly longer than usual.

For users in time zones significantly different from our primary support hours, please allow extra time for a reply. We serve a global audience and strive to cover major business hours in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, but our team is distributed and coverage varies by day.
